It is a well maintained cave (when we visited). Although relatively small, the cave is beautiful and a nice stop if you're exploring Lenggong. One of around twenty caves in the Bukit Kepala Gajah karst outcrop, and the only one in the complex open to visitors. Prehistoric burials were found here. Gua Gunung Runtuh in the same outcrop is where Perak Man was excavated, and that one stays closed to the public while research continues
