Nasir Nasi Kandar

Nasi kandar cooked to a Malay palate, at a roadside stall next to the Arau fire station. The rice is fragrant and the curries are strong, so ask for banjir when you order. Fried chicken and tender beef curry are the standard picks. The egg roe curry is the one worth trying while you are in Perlis. Tomyam and seafood come off the same kitchen in the evening. A plate with chicken and an egg runs around RM10.

Open 8.30am to 11pm daily, closing at 8pm on Wednesdays.
