Baha Legacy Cucur Udang

Baharudin Mohd Tahir started this in 1979, sharing someone else's stall up in Masjid Tanah. Nearly fifty years on it is the food Alor Gajah is known for, run now by his son, and settled into a permanent spot at Medan Selera Pasar Menggong. Crisp outside, soft in the middle, whole prawns through it, and a dipping sauce the family have refined over decades. They bottle that sauce now and sell it in shops around town.
