Dabong · Kuala Krai
You can visit the bottom of the falls but you need to go with a guide if want to reach the top. Seven tiers falling over 300 metres down the face of Gunung Stong, and one of the tallest waterfalls in Southeast Asia. You can pick it out from Dabong town and from the road in, a white line down all that green, long before you get near it. The trail from the park entrance climbs alongside the falls, about an hour and a half of steady uphill to Kem Baha at the top. That is where the view is, looking back over Dabong and the valley. There is a pool up there and a rock slide worn smooth by the water.
